1. Coaching Services

My coaching is designed to empower you in your personal and professional development. Please remember: I am a coach, not a therapist or financial advisor. While I will strive to support you, my advice is only part of your journey.

2. Session Policies

• Cancellations/Rescheduling: Life happens! If you need to change a session, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late Arrival: If you are late, we will respect the scheduled end time for the session.
• No-Show: If you miss a session without prior notice, I will have to charge for the session, as I have reserved that special time for you.

3. Payments and Refunds

I accept card payments or bank transfers to confirm the session. If you are not satisfied with a session, let's talk about it. I will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis after we discuss what didn't work.

4. Confidentiality

Your confidentiality is important to me:

• Everything we discuss remains confidential, except in rare cases where I am legally required to disclose information.
• I will not share your story or testimonials without your consent. If you are happy with your progress and want to share it publicly, I would be grateful, but only if you are comfortable with it.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials and resources I create (articles, worksheets, etc.) are for your personal use within the coaching sessions. Please do not distribute them without my permission.

6. Responsibility

I am here to guide and support you, but the actions you take following our sessions are yours. If technical issues arise (for example, with Google Meet), we will work together to resolve them.

7. Ending the Coaching Relationship

If you feel that my coaching is not the right fit for you or if you believe another form of support would be more beneficial, we can discuss ending the sessions. Any unused payment will be handled appropriately.

8. Applicable Law

Our agreement is based on mutual respect and understanding. Any misunderstandings will be resolved in a manner that is fair to both parties.

9. Updates to These Terms

I may periodically update this document, but I will always inform you about significant changes.
